According to chinese goverment and custom's new policys, there will be some changes on export taxs for materials like Silicon Metal, Mn Metal Flake, Ferro Silicon and so on.

For a better cooperation with factories, forwarders, agents and partners oversea, we KWINSEN very sorry to give public notice as below:

From now on 18th Dec 2013, we stop giving any prices to any buyer and partner till 7th Jan, 2013. And will dispatch materials according before contracts.
