SUNVOLED is one of the best LED light manufacturer in China, we own a 1000 square meters factory and a R&D center in Shenzhen, China. We have about 116 skilled workers, the factory is an ISO9001 certified factory, and we have more than 6 years OEM experience. The advantage is that we accumulate a lot of LED light manufacturing experience, which ensure us to make LED light well.

Is it safe to buy LED light from SUNVOLED?

SUNVOLED own a 1000 square meters factory in Shenzhen, customer can check anything they need to make sure the deal is safe. All our products have a 2-year warranty.

What if we found the sample is inferior quality?

SUNVOLED guarantee good quality LED light, SUNVOLED will refund if the samples failed or found to be inferior quality.

Does SUNVOLED accept small order?

Yes, SUNVOLED accept small orders.

How to order samples from SUNVOLED?

1. After you submit a price quote to email sales@sonvoled.com our sales staff will email or fax back price information as your demand within one business day, including shipping cost and lead time estimate.

2. If you agree with the price and shipping terms, our sales staff will send you a proforma invoice (P/I) with delivery date and bank information. You need send us your shipping address and phone number in detail for delivery.

3. After making sure all information is correct, you make payment. You can pay for the order via T/T or west union; L/C is also acceptable for larger volume order. After confirmation the payment, we will arrange production and ship out the goods as your order within two weeks; shipping time for OEM order is determined on case by case base. Our support team staff will send you a tracking number or B/L after shipping the goods out.

How to pay SUNVOLED?

For small order (less than US$800) or sample order, please pay us via Western Union. For Western Union, please send email to sales@sunvoled.com for details.

For large orders, we would like to recommend T/T; We usually collect 40% of total amount as deposit, and collect the balance before shipment, please send us the copy of remittance slip once the payment is done, so we can check with our bank and confirm to you once the payment arrive SUNVOLED account.

L/C is the safest payment term for customers. Due to the high cost, we just accept L/C for volume orders.

Lead time?

Lead time of large order is 15 working days after receiving deposit; lead time of sample orders is 2-7 working days after we receive payment.

How long can I get samples?

If we have the goods in stock, could ship them out from our warehouse 48hours(aging test) express after confirmation the payment; If stock run out, we will arrange production and ship them out within 7 working days after we confirmation your payment.

Does SUNVOLED accept OEM orders?

Sure! We have 6years OEM experience in LED bulbs, LED tubes(T5 LED tubes, T8 LED tubes and LED downlights.

How to ship your order?

Because of the volume of our business, we have more discounts from our shipping agent of UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx. And, of course, if you have an account with any one of these carriers, please advise us in advance and we can send the goods under your account, there is no shipping and handling charges from us.

If your order package is 100kg or above, you can chose to use air Cargo. The shipping cost is much more favorable than express, but you need to pick up the goods at your nearby Airport and clear customs by yourself. The delivery time is about 3-7 business days.

The most economical way is by sea. In general, the ocean shipment will spend more days than by air. So the shipping way is subject to your demand in advance. And customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by the forwarder. In case of any additional documentation, SUNVOLED will assist the forwarder with it as much as possible.

How to track your order during shipment?

For small order shipped by UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS, SUNVOLED will send you tracking number after samples went out, you can check the order status on courier's website. For Large orders shipped by sea, you can check with your shipping agent.

Warranty statement

This warranty statement is valid for All LED lights(include LED tube, LED bulb, LED ceiling light, LED PAR lamp, LED panel light) manufactured by Sunvoled lighting Co., Ltd.

SUNVOLED product has a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment from SUNVOLED factory, product failure within this period which are related to defective material and/or workmanship will be repaired or completely replaced free of charge to customer.

Excluded from warranty claims is the normal degradation of LED light output over time. Damage of the products through inappropriate or negligent handling can not be claimed under warranty conditions. Freight, handling, insurance charges for sending defective products back to SUNVOLED must be paid by customers, while freight, handling, insurance charges for sending the repaired/replaced product back to customer will be paid by SUNVOLED.

Products sending back request must be confirmed by SUNVOLED before shipment, customer must prepare corresponding documents (for China custom clear use) under SUNVOLED guidance. SUNVOLED has the right to reject any unconfirmed product-return.

SUNVOLED will not be liable for incidental or consequential losses or damages to any nature, including but not limited to lost profits or commercial loss, to the fullest extent that those losses or damages can be disclaimed by law.
