Q: What is virgin hair?

A: Virgin hair means the hair do not have any chemical processing, no acid, no dyed.

Q: What is Remy hair?

A: The Remy hair means that the virgin hair with the full cuticle in the same direction. 

Q: Can I dye or color the hair?

A: All of our hair is natural color virgin hair, so it is no problem that you bleach or dye it. As a general rules that it is easy for darken the hair than lighten the hair. Since the human hair natural color is not easy to fade. So recommended to darker the hair.

Q: Can the hair be straightenedd or curled?

A: Yes our hair you can be straightened by flat iron or re-curled it. After washing, it will be back to its original style. We do not suggest doing this often, that will damage the hair, and it will cause the hair tangle easily.

Q: If I order today, how long it takes for the shipment?

A: After get customer payment we will arrange to ship the hair out in 24 hours, we will ship by DHL/UPS/FedEx, usually it needs about 3-4days to worldwide.

For the huge qty customer need more than 50Kg, we need about 7 days to prepare the hair. 

Q: Why my hair get tangle?

A: Hair get tangle because it is too dry, wash with conditioner and it will become more better.

Q: How long this hair could last?

A: The hair could last for a very long time depends on how you treat it. Treat the hair like your own hair and take good care of it will last longer about 1-2 years.

Q: Will the shipping have custom tax or duty?

A: Usually we will put very lower price as the hair value to avoid any custom tax collected by customer local government, but due to different policy in different country, there might be some custom clearance cost happened, this should be paid by customer, we are not responsible for that.
